ALAN OLIVE
Director
Alan has over 40 years of experience in the drilling industry. Prior to establishing Acqua Drill Resources, Alan was founder and managing director of Connector Drilling. Under his leadership, Connector Drilling became one of Western Australia’s most successful water well drilling companies. Alan sold Connector Drilling to Ausdrill in 2011 to focus on other business ventures and in 2015 re-entered the drilling industry as Acqua Drill Resources.
BRENDON ELFORD
General Manager
Brendon began his drilling career in early 2004 as an offsider with Connector Drilling, progressing to driller then supervisor, and continuing to work for the business after it transitioned to Ausdrill. In 2015, Brendon took the opportunity to assist in building Acqua Drill Resources from the ground up. He has been a driving force behind the business and was promoted to general manager in 2021.
